摘要
河北某含铜锌矽卡岩型铁矿性质复杂,有用矿物嵌布粒度粗细不均,铜氧化率较高,铜锌硫化矿物可浮性相近,含有大量易泥化且可浮性好的蛇纹石等脉石矿物,浮选分离难度较大。针对矿石性质特点,采用"优先浮选回收铜、锌—磁选回收铁"的联合工艺流程,获得指标为铜精矿含铜20.53%、含银1 412 g/t,铜回收率56.46%、银回收率58.23%;锌精矿品位为54.04%,锌回收率为83.66%;铁精矿品位为63.72%,全铁回收率为89.75%。
The property of a certain skam iron deposit containing copper and zinc in Hebei is com-plex. The dissemination size of valuable minerals is uneven, the copper oxidation rate is high, and the floatability of copper sulfide minerals and zinc sulphide minerals is similar. Meanwhile,the ore contains a large number gangue minerals such as serpentine, which are easy to muddy and possess good floatability. Therefore, the flotation separation process faces many difficulties. Based on the characteristics of this ore, a united process was developed, including a selective flotation process to recover copper and zinc, and a magnetic separation circuit to recover iron. The test indexes were obtained with copper concentrate grade of 20. 53% , silver content of 1 412 g/t, copper recovery of 56. 46% , silver recovery of 58. 23% ; the zinc concentrate grade was 54. 04% with a recovery of 83.66% ; the iron concentrate grade was 63.72 % with a total iron recovery of 89. 75% .
