摘要 以ER50-6N无镀铜焊丝为研究对象,对其进行飞溅、导电嘴磨损、发尘、抗锈性能等工艺性能进行定量测定,利用求解标准差及相对标准差,评价无镀铜工艺对焊接工艺性能的影响。试验结果表明:无镀铜焊丝具有飞溅小、焊接烟尘小、导电嘴磨损量小、抗锈性优良等特点,并且该测试方法能够对无镀铜焊丝进行客观定量的评价。 Taking the ER50-6N non-copper coated wire as the research object,the performances of welding spat-ter ,tip abrasion, generating dust and rust-resisting property are quantitatively determined. The influence of elec-troless copper process on welding performance is evaluated by solving standard deviation and relative standard deviation. The experimental results show that the non-copper coated process has the characteristics of litter spat-ter, lower welding fume, less tip abrasion and excellent rust-resisting property,etc. And this method can objec-tively evaluate the non-copper welding process.
