摘要
以青海省黄南藏族自治州河南蒙古族自治县地区高寒草地为研究对象,测定不同类型草地土壤过氧化氢酶、蔗糖酶和脲酶活性,分析其分布特征及相互之间的关系。结果表明,各类草地土壤酶活性均沿土壤垂直剖面依次降低,差异显著(P〈0.05),且在冬季牧场和夏季牧场不同草地类型间也均表现为差异显著(P〈0.05);相关性分析结果表明,土壤酶之间存在相互促进关系,也存在抑制作用。
Taking Alpine Grasslands of Henan Mongol Autonomous County, Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province as objects,soil catalase,sucrose and urease activity were measured,and their distribution characteristics and relationship were analyzed. The results showed that soil enzyme activities were decreased with the increase of soil depth,and the difference was significant(P〈0.05); And soil catalase,sucrose and urease activity among different grassland in winter pasture grassland and summer pasture grassland were significant differences(P〈0.05). The correlation indicated that the relationship of promotion and inhibitory both exist among those soil enzymes.
