摘要
结合新建福州至平潭铁路平潭海峡公铁两用大桥(B0~B58)大直径钻孔灌注桩的施工,对大直径钻孔桩桩头清理方案进行比选以及对工艺进行分析总结,确定使用高压气冲法快速清理方案,在保证桩头混凝土质量和施工安全的前提下,达到提高施工工效和成本优化的目的,在类似工程中具有一定的借鉴意义和参考价值。
Combined with the construction of large diameter bored pile at the section of（ B0 ~ B58） of Pingtan Strait Road-rail Bridge on newly-built Fuzhou-Pingtan Railway,this paper made a comparison of the cleaning solution for large diameter bored pile head and analyzed its construction technology. Finally,the scheme of using high pressure gas cleaning method was determined. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of pile head concrete and construction safety,the purposes of improving construction efficiency and cost optimization could be reached. It would offer a certain reference value for similar projects.
