摘要
介绍了引汉济渭秦岭输水隧洞岭北工程TBM穿越断层破碎带时刀盘和护盾被卡,采用小导洞结合反向大管棚施工技术帮助TBM完成脱困,以及在卡机处理过程中使用的超前地质探测方法和支护安全监测方法,对今后类似事故的处理具有一定的借鉴意义。
This paper introduced that in the Lingbei segment of Qinling water-conveyance tunnel of Hanjiang-to-Weihe River Water Transfers Project,when TBM passed through the fault fracture zone,the cutterhead and shield got stuck,and by combining small guide hole with reverse large pipe-shed construction technology,it helped TBM pass through this section. During the process of handling the problem that the machine was stuck,the advanced geological exploration method and supporting safety monitoring method were used,which could provide a certain reference for handling similar accidents in the future.
