摘要
针对地面用太阳电池的光电性能(I-V特性)参数,建立了基于太阳模拟器法的校准装置,提出了准确的I-V特性参数校准方法。分析了光源辐照度、光源光谱失配、标准与被测太阳电池光谱响应度失配、温度等因素对关键性能参数校准结果的影响,并对其不确定度进行了评定。结果表明:建立的校准装置可实现短路电流(I_(sc))、开路电压(V_(oc))、最大输出功率(P_m)的相对扩展不确定度分别为1.2%(k=2),0.9%(k=2),1.5%(k=2)。
Based on the solar simulator method, calibration equipment for terrestrial solar cell' s I-V characteristic was established. Herein, the method and procedure for its accurate measurement is proposed. To calculate its uncertainty, influencing factors such as irradiance intensity and spectral mismatch of the light source, spectral responsivity mismatch between the reference solar cell and tested solar cell, and temperature, etc. , were analyzed here. The relative combined uncertainty ofIsc,VoCandPmwere,1.2 % (k=2),0.9% (k=2),1.5 % (k=2).
