摘要
从消费社会学的视角看,有两种不同的扶贫理念,一种是占据主导地位的收入不足理念,一种是消费失衡理念。基于不同的理念,会形成不同的扶贫策略。收入不足理念认为贫穷是因为收入不足,增加贫困群体收入是扶贫工作的核心;消费失衡理念认为,某些消费文化和消费结构会形成一种贫困模式,为摆脱这种贫困模式,扶贫工作还应引导贫困群体形成一种有利于资产积累的消费结构和消费文化。从收入不足理念转变为消费失衡理念,扶贫工作能更加全面的开展。
From the perspective of consumer sociology, there are two different ideas of poverty alleviation, i. e. one is the idea of insufficient income which plays the leading role, and the other is the idea of consumption imbalanced. Based on different ideas, we will form different poverty alleviation strategies. The idea of insufficient income holds that poverty is due to lack of income, so increasing the income of poor groups is the core of poverty alleviation work ; the idea of consumption imbalance argues that consumer culture and consumption structure will form a model of poverty, in which farmers themselves are difficult to get rid of the model, so we should help the poor groups to form consumption structure and consumer culture, which can accumulate assets. The poverty alleviation can devel-op in a comprehensive way when the idea of poverty alleviation transform from the insufficient income into the im-balanced consumption.
