摘要
目的探讨心理护理干预在减轻耳鼻喉部手术术后疼痛程度的应用。方法选取在我院进行耳鼻喉部手术的患者38例作为此次实验对象。随机分为对照组和观察组进行对比研究,两组患者各19例。对照组患者术后采取常规护理,观察组患者术后在常规护理的基础上加强心理护理。结果对照组患者疼痛程度比对照组患者重,并且对照组患者护理满意度低于观察组。比较两组数据,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻喉部手术患者常规护理的基础上增加心理护理干预,能有效减轻患者术后疼痛情况,并提升患者对护理质量的评价。
Objective To explore the application of psychological nursing intervention in alleviating the pain after operation of ear, nose and throat. Methods 38 patients with ear, nose and throat surgery in our hospital were selected as the subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 19 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care after operation, and the observation group received psychological care on the basis of routine nursing. Results The degree of pain in the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the satisfaction degree of the patients in the control group was signifcantly lower than that in the observation group, the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing, patients with ENT operation receiving psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the postoperative pain and promote the evaluation of the quality of care.
