摘要 母胎界面免疫状态的形成和维持是妊娠过程得以建立和顺利进行的关键,而蜕膜免疫细胞在其中发挥了重要的调控作用。在妊娠早期的蜕膜组织中,蜕膜巨噬细胞(dMΦ)由MΦ1转变为MΦ2型,发挥抗炎和吞噬作用,调节蜕膜局部的免疫功能,参与调控胚胎植入和妊娠维持过程。 The formation and maintenance of the immune state at the maternal-fetal interface is the key to establishment and smooth progress of the pregnancy process.The decidual immune cells play an important regulatory role.In the decidual tissue of early pregnancy,macrophages(decidual macrophages,dMΦ)are changed from MΦ1 to MΦ2 phenotype.Decidual macrophages play anti-inflammatory and phagocytic effect,regulate the local immune function of the decidual,and participate in the regulation of embryo implantation and pregnancy maintenance process.
