摘要
为研究冰片对氟苯尼考血浆蛋白结合率的影响,采用超滤法结合超高效液相色谱法,比较未加冰片和加入冰片后氟苯尼考的血浆蛋白结合率。25、5、1μg/mL三种浓度下,氟苯尼考血浆蛋白结合率分别为牛23.68%±1.25%、25.26%±1.42%、26.46%±1.48%,大鼠31.33%±1.82%、32.32%±1.46%、34.15%±1.59%,家兔15.69%±1.45%、19.31%±1.26%、24.38%±1.51%,肉鸡21.68%±1.37%、20.13%±1.84%、20.52%±1.77%,猪30.08%±1.03%、31.02%±1.28%、30.56%±1.55%。氟苯尼考5μg/mL浓度下与冰片合用,血浆蛋白结合率无显著变化。结果表明,氟苯尼考有较低的血浆蛋白结合率,冰片对氟苯尼考血浆蛋白结合率无显著影响。
To investigate the effect of borneol on the plasma protein binding rates (PPBR) of florfenicol,the ultra-filtration combined with UHPLC was employed to determine the PPBR of florfenicol with rat, rabbit, chicken, pig and bovine plasma. The PPBR of florfenicol with rat plasma at the concentrations of 25, 5, 1 μg/mL were (23.68%±1.25%,25. 26%±1. 42%,26. 46%±1. 48%)with BSA,(31. 33%±1. 82%,32.32%±1. 46%, 34. 15% ± 1. 59%) with rat plasma protein, (15.69% ± 1. 45 %,19. 31% ± 1.26% ,24. 38 % ±1. 51%) with rabbit plasma protein, (21. 68% ±1. 37%, 20. 13%ztl. 84 %, 20. 52%ztl. 77%) with chicken plasma protein, and (30. 08%±1. 03%,31.02%±1. 28%,30. 56%±1. 55%) wiht pig plasma protein, respectively. The plasma pro-tein binding rate of florfenicol was low in all species and no concentration dependence was evident. The results indi-cated that borneol did not influence the PPBR of florfenicol.
