摘要
以KP505桨及NACA0018舵为研究对象,基于CFD软件FINE/Marine,运用滑移网格技术分别预报了单个螺旋桨及桨-舵组合系统的水动力性能.计算结果表明:裸桨的预报结果与实验值吻合良好,在进速系数为0.1~0.8时,相对误差均在5%以内,且在低进速下,桨-舵系统总效率较裸桨效率有所提高,最高提高1.27%;在高进速下,桨-舵系统总效率降低较大,最大降低6.36%.在此基础上,对桨-舵-舵球组合系统进行计算,通过改变翼型舵球的几何参数,讨论舵球尺寸对桨-舵系统节能效果的影响.结果表明:当翼型舵球剖面相对厚度比为0.28,且最大直径与螺旋桨直径之比为0.16时,节能效果最好,最佳节能效果达到1.62%.同时,通过对桨-舵系统与桨-舵-舵球系统的尾流场进行比较分析,得出舵球的节能原理,为舵球的实际工程应用提供了重要的理论依据.
Based on the CFD software FINE/Marine, the propeller KP505 and rudder NACA0018 are taken as the re-search object to predict the hydrodynamic performance of the single propeller and propeller-rudder system respectively by using sliding mesh technique. The results of the single propeller are in good agreement with the experimental ones, and the relative error is within 5% when the propeller advance coefficient is between 0. 1 and 0. 8. At the same time, the total efficiency of the propeller-rudder system is higher than the efficiency of the bare propeller at low speeds, and the highest increase is 1.27%. However, the total efficiency of the propeller-rudder system reduces a lot at high speeds, with the maximum reduction of 6. 36%. Based on this, the propeller-rudder-rudder ball combination system is calculated and the influence of the rudder ball size on energy saving of the propeller-rudder systems discussed by changing geometric parameters of the airfoil rudder ball. Calculation results show that, energy-saving effect is the best when the sectional relative thickness ratio of the airfoil rudder ball is 0. 28 and the ratio of the maximum diameter to the propeller diameter is 0. 16. The best energy saving of 1. 62% can be achieved. The energy conservation principle of the rudder ball is obtained through comparing and analyzing the wake field of the propeller-rudder and propeller- rudder-rudder ball systems, which provides an important theoretical basis for the practical application of rudder balls.
