摘要
目的探索热塑型头颈肩网膜在放射治疗(放疗)期间的收缩规律。方法选择需用热塑型头颈肩网膜固定体位并进行放疗的患者9例。用热塑型头颈肩网膜将患者以适当体位固定妥当后冷却放置20 min,分别测量机架0°(全高),90°,270°的固定膜表面标记铅点至模拟定位机床面垂直高度,以及90°至270°铅点直线距离、90°至270°铅点间经0°铅点周长(铅点间周长)。此后每周以同样方式测量1次,连续6周,通过重复测量方差分析进行统计学分析。结果主体内效应、主体内对比发现0°铅点高度、90°铅点高度、270°铅点高度随时间变化,差异均有统计学意义(P≤0.002),而铅点间周长、90°至270°铅点直线距离随时间变化不大,差异均无统计学意义。主体间效应发现0°铅点高度、90°铅点高度、270°铅点高度、铅点间周长随时间变化,差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000),而90°至270°铅点直线距离随时间变化不大,差异无统计学意义。结论热塑型头颈肩网膜随时间变化确实存在收缩现象,不同患者间变化情况有所不同;放疗期间,固定膜表面90°,270°位置标记铅点垂直高度变化在不同患者间有所不同。
ObjectiveTo explore the shrinkage regularity of S-shaped neck-shoulder-body thermoplastic mask during radiotherapy.Methods9 continuous radiotherapy patients with head-neck-shoulder thermoplastic masks were enrolled. The head-neck-shoulder thermoplastic mask would be fixed for 20 minutes for cooling in proper position. Measured the vertical height between thermoplastic mask surface markers to CT simulator surface of frame of 0 degrees (full-height), 90 degrees, 270 degrees position, the thermoplastic mask surface markers distance between 90 and 270 degrees, and 90 degrees to 270 degrees length along thermoplastic mask surface through zero point. Measured in the same way every week for six weeks. Repetitive measure analysis of variance was performed to analyse the data.ResultsWithin the subject effect, the main body in contrast found 0 degrees, 90- degree, 270 degree lead point height changes had statistical significance as time changes(P≤0.002). The straight-line distance and the length along thermoplastic mask surface through zero point between 90 and 270 degrees changes had no statistical significance. Lead effect between the main body find0, 90, 270 degrees lead point height, the length along thermoplastic mask surface through zero point changes all had statistical significance (P=0.000). 90-270 degrees lead point the straight-line distance changes had no statistical significance.ConclusionThe head-neck-shoulder thermoplastic mask is gradually shrinking over time during radiotherapy. Changes are different between different patients; The vertical height of 90 degrees, 270 degrees position changes are different between different patients during radiotherapy, but changes in the same patients are indiscriminate.
