摘要
目的探讨临床护理岗位管理下的新护士培训方法。方法改进护士培训方式、培训内容及考核方式,引入岗位胜任力评价表。收集按照岗位管理要求实施培训前后6个月护士岗位胜任力,以本院自行设计的问卷对护理人员培训前后的岗位胜任能力和工作满意度进行评估,并进行统计学比较。结果按照岗位管理要求培训后,护士的护理岗位胜任力、护士对培训满意度较实施前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于岗位管理的新护士培训,能提高护士主动学习专业知识的积极性,提升个人实践能力和水平,为患者提供更为优质的护理服务。
Objective To explore the training methods of new nurses under the management of clinical nursing position. Methods The training methods, training contents and assessment methods of nurses were improved, the evaluation form of job competency was introduced. The competency of the nurses in the six months before and after the implementation of the job management requirements was collected, and the job competency and job satisfaction were analyzed before and after the training of the nursing staff in the self-designed questionnaire. Results After the training, according to the position management requirements, nurses' nursing position competency and nurses' training satisfaction improved signifcantly than before the implementation, and the difference was signifcant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The training of new nurses based on job management can improve the initiative of nurses to learn professional knowledge, improve their ability and level of practice, and provide better nursing services for patients.
