摘要
以有机-无机杂化介孔材料为载体,Hf(OTf)——4为活性组分,合成新型固体酸催化剂Hf/PMO,用于催化转化葡萄糖制取5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF),对反应温度、反应时间、葡萄糖浓度及催化剂用量进行优化。结果表明,最优条件为:反应时间120 min,反应温度130℃,100 mg葡萄糖加入5 m L体积9∶1的THF/水,催化剂用量80 mg。在优化条件下,5-HMF的收率为55.4%,葡萄糖转化率为86.8%。催化剂在前6次的循环是比较稳定的。
A new type of solid acid catalyst which supported by organic inorganic hybrid mesoporous materi-als were prepared with Hf(0Tf)4 as an active component. The optimum condition was discovered by reac-tion temperature, reaction time, glucose concentration and catalyst optimization at glucose conversion into the solid acid catalyzed-5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF). The result showed that the best optimum condi-tions as follows:reaction time of 120 min,reaction temperature of 130 °C ’ added 5 mL(volume) , THF/water of 9: 1 in 100 mg of glucose,catalyst quantity of 80 mg. The yield of 5-HMF can reach 55. 4 % and the glu-cose conversion of 86. 8% ,under this optimal condition activity of the catalyst remained stable after 6 times of recycle.
