氟化钾改性水滑石催化合成新型生物柴油 被引量:1

Production of novel biodiesel from transesterification by KF-modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite catalyst

摘要 用共沉淀-浸渍法制备一系列的KF负载MgAl水滑石固体碱。研究了氟化钾负载量以及反应参数对新型生物柴油月桂酸乙二醇甲醚酯收率的影响,当KF·2H_2O负载量为30%;乙二醇甲醚与月桂酸甲酯摩尔比为3,催化剂用量5wt%,反应温度120℃,反应时间4 h,收率可高达89%;并通过哈密特滴定法,SEM,BET法对催化剂进行了表征。 A series of KF-modified Mg-Al hydrotalcite ( xKF/MgAl) solid base catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation and impregnation method. The effect of the mass content of KF 2H2O and the main reaction parameters such as EGME to ML molar ratio, amount of catalyst, reaction time and temperature on the yield of EGMEML were examined. The yield of 8 9 % was obtained over 30KF/MgAl at EGME/ML molar ratio of 3.0, catalyst amount of 5 wt%, and reaction time of 4 h at 120℃. xKF/MgA also characterized by BET, SEM and Hammett titration method.
