埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎75例临床观察 被引量:15

摘要 目的:探讨埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法:将75例反流性食管炎的患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组38例给予奥美拉唑口服;研究组37例给予埃索美拉唑口服。分析比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状改善情况及胃镜检查情况,并进行疗效评定。结果:治疗前,两组患者临床症状评分无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者临床症状评分均显著下降,且治疗组的临床症状评分下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.6%,显著高于对照组的78.9%(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率为5.4%,对照组不良反应发生率7.9%,两组相比无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎,疗效好,症状改善明显,安全性高。
