对苯二腈氧化物的合成及其室温固化性能 被引量:9

Synthesis of Terephthalonnitrile Oxide and its Curing Properties at Room Temperature

摘要 以对苯二甲醛为原料,聚丁二烯(LPB)为基体,将合成的对苯二氯代醛肟和三乙胺反应,制备出高活性的固化剂对苯二腈氧化物,将其与LPB反应制备出室温固化的弹性体。探究了对苯二氯代醛肟的最佳用量,采用FTIR对弹性体进行了结构表征,利用TG、DSC、接触角和FSEM对弹性体表面性能进行了考察,对弹性体的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和邵氏硬度进行了测试。结果表明:弹性体在8%~12%(对苯二氯代醛肟质量占LPB质量的百分数,下同)固化比例下,随着对苯二氯代醛肟用量的增加,弹性体的拉伸强度从0.21 MPa增加到0.45 MPa,断裂伸长率从83%减小到51%,模量从0.26 kPa增加到0.88 kPa,玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从-82.28℃降到-83.76℃。对苯二氯代醛肟用量为10%时,制备的弹性体的拉伸强度为0.35 MPa,断裂伸长率为53%,模量为0.66 kPa,邵氏硬度为34.6 Ha,T5%和T10%(弹性体失重5%和10%时所对应的温度)分别为234.85℃和330.46℃,弹性体与水的接触角达到112.11°。室温固化大大提高了弹性体的热稳定性和力学性能。 Terephthalonitrile oxide as curing agent was synthesized from benzene-1,4-dicarbohydroximoyl dichloride and triethylamine. Then,it reacted with liquid polybutadiene rubber( LPB) to form room temperature( 25 ℃) curing of ploybutadiene elastomers. The optimal dosage of benzene-1,4-dicarbohy-droximoyl dichloride was explored. The structure of the polybutadiene elastomer was characterized by FTIR. The surface properties of the elastomer were studied with TG,DSC,contact angle and FSEM. The mechanical properties such as tensile strength,elongation at break and shore hardness were investigated. The results indicated that when the amount of benzene-1,4-dicarbohydroximoyl dichloride increased,in which benzene-1,4-dicarbohy-droximoyl dichloride was 8% ~ 12%mass of LPB,the tensile strength of elastomer rose from 0. 21 MPa to 0. 45 MPa,the elongation at break decreased from 83% to 51%,the elastic modulus increased from 0. 26 kPa to 0. 88 kPa,and the glass transition temperature( Tg) reduced from-82. 28 ℃ to-83. 76 ℃. When the mass ratio of curing agent to LPB was 10%,the elastomer had a tensile strength of 0. 35 MPa and an elongation at break of53%,with a modulus of 0. 66 kPa and a shore hardness of 34. 6 Ha. Its 5% and 10% weight loss temperatures( T5%and T10%) were 234. 85 ℃ and 330. 46 ℃,respectively. And its contact angle reached 112. 11°. The heat resistance and mechanical properties of elastomer was greatly improved by room temperature curing.
