摘要
本试验采用试管凝集、虎红凝集和金标卡检测三种方法对3141份牛羊血清进行布鲁氏菌病病原检测,并对检测结果的敏感性、特异性和符合率进行分析,比较三种方法的一致性。结果证明这三种方法的敏感性都能达到100%,均能够检出全部阳性样品,其中虎红凝集试验和金标卡检测的特异性相对试管凝集试验而言能达到99%以上水平,虎红凝集试验的特异性和符合率稍高于金标卡检测,这两种方法均可用于对日常布病病原的筛查。
In this study, we selected 3 141 cattle and sheep serums, and detected the brucellosis pathogen of them by the SAT, RBPT and Gold labeled methods respectively, then analyzed the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence rate of the three methods. The results showed that the sensitivity of all the three methods could reach 100%, and could check out all the positive samples. Compared with the SAT method, the specificity of the RBPT and Gold labeled methods could reach 99%, and the specificity of the RBPT was slightly higher than Gold labeled methods. In general,both of the RBPT and Gold labeled methods could be used for the routine screening of brucellosis.
