摘要
高校教师教学评价直接影响教师主观能动性和人才培养质量,如何促进教师将教学评价转为内在需求而主动持续改进教学,成为高校质量管理的最重要使命。文章在对教师教学评价人性审视和对评价实践进行理性反思的基础上,基于南京工程学院的改革实践,从评价目的、评价组织、评价主体、评价指标、评价机制、评价技术等方面提出实践转向,对构建以师生发展为主线的教师教学评价体系进行有益的探索研究。
University teachers' teaching evaluation directly influences teachers ' subjective initiative and the quality of talent cultivation. How to promote the teachers to change teaching evaluation into internal demand becomes the most important mission of quality management in universities. Based on the rational reflection on the human nature of teachers' teaching evaluation and evaluation practice, and based on the reform practice of Nanjing Institute of Technology, the author puts forward the practice direction from the aspects of evaluation purpose, evaluation organization, evaluation subject, evaluation index, evaluation mechanism, evaluation technology and so on. This paper makes a beneficial exploration into the construction of teacher evaluation system with the development of teachers and students as the main line.
