分段补缩在QT590-10过渡盘上的应用

摘要 介绍了QT590-10过渡盘的结构及技术要求,由于铸件厚度不均匀,孤立热节多,补缩困难,缩松、缩孔倾向较大,原工艺方案中冒口的有效补缩距离较短,未能消除铸件缩松,经工艺改进和ProCAST模拟软件分析确认后,最终确定工艺方案为:在铸件内侧增设热冒口;2个铸件共用1个补缩冒口;在冒口左右各2个台阶孔底部增设10 mm补贴,打通补缩通道;在补缩冒口远端铸件底面凸台处设置冷铁,增强补缩作用;将整个铸件补缩区域一分为二,配合冒口实现分段补缩。通过以上措施,解决了铸件缩松问题,满足了客户需求。 The structure and technical requirements of QT590-10 transitional plate were introduced. Due to the nonuniform thickness of the casting,too many isolation hot spots and the shrinkage which difficult to feeding,obvious tend to shrinkage and porosity,ton short effeetive distance of the riser in the original process,it failed to eliminate easting shrinkage. After improvement tile prucess and analysis and confirmation by ProCAST simulation software,the final process was determined:hot riser was added at the bottoms of steps around riser. Feeding channel was opened through;chilled iron was set at the bottom convex table of the bottom to enhanee the role of filling;the entire casting area was divided into two pads,with the riser to achieve segmental feeding. Through the measures above,the problem of casting shrinkage was solved. The products met custolner needs.
