提高卡钳支架基体组织均匀性的措施

摘要 介绍了卡钳支架的铸件结构及技术要求。原生产工艺采用封闭式浇注系统,冲入法球化处理工艺,并采取包内孕育和铁液转入浇包时的随流孕育工艺。生产结果显示:尾件薄壁C处有8%渗碳体出现,B、C区域珠光体体积分数差达到35%,厚大面A区域珠光体体积分数为25%~35%,没有达到客户要求。改进措施为:(1)改变铸件的浇注系统,使铸件温度场趋于均匀,减小厚面与薄面的珠光体体积分数的差异;(2)采用简易的孕育装置进行瞬时孕育,进一步减小不同区域的基体组织差异,并且消除了渗碳体。 The structure and technical requirements of calipers was introduced. The original production process was using closed gating system,pour-over inoculation process,and inoculation in ladle and stream inoculation when melt shift to ladle. The results shown that there were 8th cementite in the thin-walled C place at the tail,and the volume fraction of the pearlite in the B and C regions was 35%. The volume fraction of pearlite in the thick area A was 25%-35%. The improvement measures were as follows: ( 1 )Changing the casting system of the casting so that the temperature field of the casting tended to be uniform and the difference in the volume fraction of the pearlite at thick and thin sin:face was reduced.(2)The instantaneous inoculation was carried out by the simple device,which redueed differences between different regions of the matrix,and the elimination of cementite.
