摘要
介绍了空调压缩机滚动活塞铸件的铸造、热处理和机加工生产流程。由于该铸件在生产过程中易产生裂纹缺陷,用扫描电镜对裂纹铸件的金相组织和断口进行了分析,用直读光谱仪和化学分析检测了微量元素,最后提出了防止裂纹产生的措施:(1)应严格控制炉料中As和Pb等微量元素的含量,加强原铁液的预处理和孕育处理,使铸件得到A型片状石墨,避免D和E型过冷石墨过多;(2)改进浇注系统,优化压边宽度及形状,防止压边部位产生缩松,增强浇注系统阻挡一次渣的能力,并优化浇注速度,防止二次氧化渣的产生。
The casting, heat treating and machining production flows of the wiling piston used for the air-conditioner compre- ssor were introduced. Since this piston was easy to produce cracks defects during its production process, the metallographical structure and the fracture of the cracking castings was analyzed by using the scan electronic microscope (SEM), and their trace elements were inspected by using direct-reading spectrometer and chemical analysis. The measures to avoid cracking were proposed finally as follows: ( 1 )It was necessary to srictly control contents of the trace elements such as As and Pb in the melting charges,strengthen pretreatment of the basic iron melt and inoculation treatment in order to obtain A-type flake graphite in the castings and reduce the D-type and E-type undercooling graphite.(2)Improve gating system, optimize kissing width and shape to prevent shrinkage occurring in the kissing area,increase primary slag skimming ability of the gating system, as well as optimize pouring rate to avoid secondary slag formation.
