锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板内固定修复Pilon骨折的比较

摘要 目的研究锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板内固定修复Pilon骨折的效果。方法 2015-02—2016-02收治的Pilon骨折患者46例,将其随机分为两组,传统解剖组行解剖钢板内固定修复;锁定加压组行锁定加压钢板内固定修复。比较两组患者治疗后1年Mazur评分、Pilon骨折平均愈合时间、术后住院时间和Pilon骨折恢复优良率、骨膜坏死等并发症率。结果锁定加压组Pilon骨折恢复优良率95.65%明显高于传统解剖组的73.91%,P<0.05。锁定加压组骨膜坏死等并发症率4.35%明显低于传统解剖组的26.09%,P<0.05。锁定加压组患者治疗后1年Mazur评分、Pilon骨折平均愈合时间、术后住院时间均明显优于传统解剖组,P<0.05。结论锁定加压钢板与解剖钢板内固定修复Pilon骨折均有一定效果,但前者创伤更小,可减少并发症发生,加速术后康复和骨折愈合,缩短住院时间,改善踝关节功能。
