摘要
"卓越工程师教育培养计划"(简称"卓越计划")是教育部在高等工程教育领域推出的重要人才培养改革举措。针对目前"卓越计划"实施面临的问题,从定位目标、政策保障、教学改革、校企合作、师资队伍、国际化六个关键方面论述浙江科技学院相应解决方案,总结"卓越计划"实施成效,对"卓越计划"后续顺利实施具有一定的借鉴意义。
The ＂excellent engineers education training plan＂（abbreviated as ＂Excellent Engineers Plan（EEP）＂）is an important talent training reform launched by the Ministry of Education in the field of higher engineering education.In response to problems in implementing EEP,corresponding countermeasures are discussed from six key factors：target,policy,teaching reform,enterprise cooperation,teaching staff and internationalization,with ZhejiangUniversity of Science and Technology as a case.Furthermore,the implementation effects of EEP are summarized,which will have certain reference significance to future implementation of EEP.
