摘要
为了满足地面煤层气抽采钻孔施工垂直井、L型井、水平对接井和羽状分支井等多种井型的需求,以及替代目前使用和维护成本较高的进口车载钻机,研制了ZMK5530TZJ60型与ZMK5530TZJ100型2款不同能力的煤层气车载钻机。车载钻机在车辆底盘上集成了钻进系统、电液控制系统、以及柴油机驱动动力系统等部分。设计了大通孔式动力头,动力头主轴具有制动装置,可对孔底钻具钻进角度进行精确控制。钻机给进机构采用伸缩桅杆式结构,可在短机身上获得长行程。设置了多种电液联动保护系统,可避免误操作对钻机造成的损坏。钻机在山西寺河矿区进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明钻机具有较强的工艺适应性和可靠性。
In order to meet the requirement of various drilling wells for extracting ground coalbed methane,such as vertical well,L type well,horizontally butted well and pinnate branch well,and also to replace the imported truck-mounted drilling rigs with high costs in operation and maintenance,two different drilling capacity models ZMK5530TZJ60 and ZMK5530TZJ100 were developed.The truck-mounted drilling rig were installed by the drilling system,electro-hydraulic control system,and diesel engine system on the wheeled chassis. The power unit with a large through-hole was designed,and its spindle braking device can control the drilling angle accurately.And the feed unit adopts the telescopic mast structure to get a longer stroke length on the original structure.A variety of electro-hydraulic linkage protection system was set to avoid damage by misoperation.Then,the drilling rig was industrially tested at Sihe mining area of Shanxi.The test results showed that the drilling rig has strong adaptability and reliability in the process.
