目前护理本科生中缺乏创新能力强的应用型护理专业人才,基于"能力教育"的观点,根据行业市场发展形势分析护理人才创新能力的构成,让护生在学习和实践中萌发创新意识、树立创新精神、实现创新梦想。
The current lack of innovation ability of nursing undergraduates applied nursing professionals,based on the point of ＂capability education＂,according to industry market development situation analysis of the composition of nursing personnel innovation ability,let the nurse students to learn and practice in germination innovation consciousness, innovation spirit,the implementation innovation dream.
