摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定镇巴县银杏叶中三种黄酮类物质的含量。方法:采用AcclaimTM120 C18柱(5μm,4.6×250mm);柱温25℃;流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(50:50);检测波长360nm;进样量10..L;单次分析时间60min。结果:槲皮素、山奈酚和异鼠李素三中黄酮分离度良好,分别在5.957~190.600μg/mL,6.450~206.400μg/mL和4.738~151.600μg/mL范围内呈现良好的线性关系,精密度,重复性和稳定性均满足实验要求。结论:该检测方法稳定可靠,镇巴县银杏叶中总黄酮含量高于2015版《中国药典》要求。
Objective To determine the three kinds of flavonoids in Ginkgo leavesofZhenba County by HPLC. Methods AcclaimTM120 C18 column (5μm, 4.6×250mm), the column temperature of 25℃, the mobile phase is methanol and 0.4% phosphoric acid solution (50:50), the detection wavelength is 360nm, sample size is 10μL, single analysis time is 60min. Results Quercetin, kaempferol and isorhamnetinare good separated, in the range of 5.957-190.600μg/mL, 6.450-206.400μg/ mL and 4.738-151.600μg/mL showed a linear relationship, the Accuracy, repeatabilityand stability are all satisfied for the experimental. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable, total flavonoids in Ginkgo leaves of Zhenba Countyis higher than that of the 2015 edition of"ChinesePharmacoDoeia reauirements".
