摘要
目的:64排128层螺旋CT在冠状动脉CT造影检查中的应用价值。方法:选取我院92例冠心病患者作为研究对象,分别进行64排128层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像检查以及冠状动脉造影术,对比检查结果。结果:64排128层螺旋CT诊断的敏感度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值分别为90.7%、98.1%、92.6%和98.6%。结论:64排128层螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄病变的诊断率较高,具有一定的诊断价值,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of 64 slice 128 slice spiral CT in coronary CT angiography. Methods 92 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected as the subjects, and 64 rows, 128 slice spiral CT coronary angiography and coronary angiography were performed, and the results of the contrast examination were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of 64 slice 128 slice spiral CT diagnosis were 90.7%, 98.1%, 92.6% and 98.6%, respectively Conclusion The 64 slice 128 slice spiral CT has higher diagnostic rate for coronary artery stenosis, and has certain diagnostic value. It is worthy of clinical application.
