摘要
目的探讨在放射科造影检查中应用人性化护理的临床效果。方法选取我院放射科2016年1—12月收治的需行造影检查的患者85例作为研究对象,所有及患者均实施人性化护理干预,探讨其实施效果。结果 80例患者均顺利完成造影检查,成功率为100%,2.5%出现轻微恶心呕吐不良反应,对症处理后消失。结论在放射科造影检查中应用人性化护理临床效果较好,可拉近护患距离,和谐护患关系,确保造影检查可顺利进行,同时减少不良反应,提升患者舒适度与满意度,避免护患纠纷。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of humanized nursing in radiography examination. Methods 80 cases of patients with radiography were enrolled in our hospital from January to December 2016, and humanized nursing intervention was carried out to explore the effect of the study. Results 80 patients were successfully completed angiography, the success rate was 100%, only 2.5% mild nausea and vomiting adverse reactions, symptomatic treatment disappeared. Conclusion The clinical effect of humanized nursing in radiographic examination is good, which can narrow the distance between nursing and nurse, and ensure the smoothness of angiography, and reduce the adverse reaction, improve patient comfort and satisfaction, to avoid nurse-patient disputes.
