摘要
我国具有大批富有地域特点的地理标志及优秀的地理标志产品,但消费者对地理标志产品接受度并不高。通过国内外地理标志保护现状比较分析和国内实地调查,发现消费者对我国地理标志产品支持度不高的原因是:品牌不够响亮;权利人保护意识不强;保护管理体系存在缺陷;管理上存在"重审批、轻监管"现象。要完善我国地理标志及其产品的保护,一要加大宣传力度,提高产品质量;二要培育强有力的地理标志行业协会;三要充分发挥地理标志在带动本地经济发展中的王牌作用;四要建立专门的地理标志保护管理制度。
China has a large number of geographical indications with strong regional characteristics and excellent products of geographical indications, but the consumer's acceptance is not high. Through the comparative analysis and investigation of the protection situation of the geographical indications both at home and abroad, we found the reasons of low supporting of the products of geographical indications. The brand is not good enough, the obligee's protection consciousness is not strong, the protection management system existed defects and existed the phenomenon of "value the examination and approval and neglect supervision". To improve the protection of our country's geographical indications and the products, first, we should strengthen the degree of publicity and improve the quality of the products; second, we should cultivate a strong industrial association of geographical indications; third, we should fully play the key role of geographical indications leading the development of the local economy and fourth, we should establish special system of geographical indications protection management.
