摘要
学习动力是一种推动学习行为发生与保持的合力,这种合力通过多种内驱力表现出来。许多地方高校的大学生欠缺学习动力,主要表现为学习目标缺乏、学习动机较弱、学习投入时间少、专业兴趣不高、考试态度存在矛盾性等特点。因此应该培养学生的学习品质;调整学校的各项机制;引进新式教学理念;提供积极的社会支持等,以促进高校培养创新型人才和高素质人才。
Learning motivation is a resultant force promoting the generation and retention of learning behavior,which is represented through a variety of internal drives. Many local university students lack learning motivation,such as lack of learning goals,less motivation,less time for study,less professional interest and contradictory examination attitude. Therefore,we should cultivate the students' learning quality,adjust various mechanisms of the school,introduce new teaching ideas and provide positive social support so as to improve the cultivation of innovative and high-quality talents in colleges and universities.
