摘要 为了解决现在轴承生产过程中人工挑选轴承劳动强度大、挑选精度低的问题,现设计了一种基于单片机控制的轴承外径尺寸挑选机器人。介绍了机器人总体结构的设计,并由机器人的运动过程进行了模块化划分,介绍了机器人应用电感测微仪进行轴承外径尺寸测量的原理,设计了机器人的电路原理图以及程序流程图。该机器人适应了社会发展的需要,且其结构简单、控制方便,应用效果良好。 In order to solve the problem of large labor-intensive and low accuracy of selecting bearings by artificial in manufactur- ing process, the robot based on single chip microeontroller (SCM) is designed to select the bearings with standard outside diameter. The design of the overall structure of the robot was described. The robot was divided into several module according to the its motion. The principle of the robot to measure the outside diameter size of the beatings using inductance sensor was described. The circuit diagram and program flow chart of the robot were designed. The robot adaptes to the needs of the social development, and its application effect is favorable with its simple configuration and convenient control features.
