摘要
根据碗形直齿插刀的加工原理,利用Pro/E软件的参数化功能与程序设计功能完成精确的三维造型设计,再利用Pro/E软件的计算机辅助分析功能对其进行结构静强度仿真分析。该产品精确的三维设计方法效率高、修改难度低,大大降低了产品的开发周期与成本。
According to the machining principle of bowl straight tooth cutter, the parametric function and programming function of Pro/E software are used to complete the accurate three-dimensional modeling design. The static strength simulation is carried out by using the computer-aided analysis function of Pro/E software analysis of the study. The precision de- sign method of the product is high in design efficiency and low in modification,which greatly reduces the rapid development cycle and cost of the product.
