摘要
目的:探讨抗旱王牛超排后的鲜胚移植效果。方法:采用CIDR+PG+FSH法对12头抗旱王牛进行超排处理;对23头西门塔尔受体牛进行同期发情处理,移植部分鲜胚,分析抗旱王牛鲜胚移植效果。结果:12头供体共回收胚胎194枚,其中可利用胚胎58枚,可用胚率29.90%。23头受体牛同期发情处理后,21头发情,17头可移植,同期发情率为91.30%,可移植率73.91%。将17枚抗旱王牛鲜胚移植到17头受体牛中,8头受孕,产犊8头,移植受孕率47.06%,产犊率100%。结论:抗旱王牛具有良好的超排潜力,但个体间存在差异;鲜胚移植是提高胚胎移植成功率的有效手段之一。
Objective :To investigate the effect of fresh embryo transfer after superovulation on Droughtmaster cattle. Methods: 12 Droughtmaster cattle were selected as donor, and treated with CIDR + PG + FSH to obtain embryos. Then, the collected fresh em- bryos were transplanted into the synchronised oestrus Simmental cattle receptors to observe the efficacy. Resuhs: There are 58 qu- lifted embryos among the 194 embryos were collected. The percents of synchronous estrus were 91.30% (21/23). 17 receptors received fresh embryo from Droughtmaster cattle, and 8 receptors were pregnant and claving, The percents of pregnancy and cla- ving were 47.06% and 100% , respectively. Conclusion: Droughtmaster cattle have a potential capability of superovulation, but it varies between the different individuals. This result also shows that fresh embryo transfer is one of the effective promotion tech- niques of embryo transfer.
