摘要
文章主要论述了运用CAE分析对低压注塑零件注塑可行性及刚度进行分析与改善,在开发阶段确保零件设计满足工艺要求,结构强度满足目标要求;在实际生产过程中,通过工艺调整和系统优化,改善零件的外观缺陷。
This paper introduced low - pressure injection feasibility and stiffness by using CAE analysis, to ensure the components are designed to meet technical and stiffness requirement. During production process, the part appearance is improved by process adjustment and system optimization.
