摘要
针对传统拉杆加工工艺中应力集中、材料利用率低等缺点,提出采用径向温挤压技术来加工某种型号拉杆的新工艺。首先利用有限元模拟软件分3个阶段对拉杆径向温挤压过程进行了模拟,并通过对模拟结果的分析,得到坯料温度变化曲线与径向挤压金属的流动情况。随后在压力机上进行了工艺试验。结果表明,在径向温挤压过程中拉杆制件成形良好,符合零件要求,挤压缺陷最容易出现在拉杆球接处,利用模具预热与润滑手段可避免挤压缺陷产生。试验结果与模拟结果基本一致,验证了新工艺的可行性。
Focusing on the disadvantages that stress concentration and low utilization of material in traditional rod processing technology,a new technology of radial warm extrusion was used to process some type of pull rod. Firstly,the process of radial warm extrusion was simulated by using finite element simulation software in three stages,and the changing curves of billet temperature and flowing situation of radial extrusion metal were obtained through the analysis of the simulation results. Then,the process test was carried out in the press. Results show that in the process of radial warm extrusion,the formed tie rod is in good shape which meets the requirements of parts,the extrusion defects occur easily in the ball joint of tie rod which can be avoided by pre-heating of die and lubrication. The experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results,which proves the feasibility of the new process.
