摘要
根据海水密度与偏振度定量关系,液晶可变相位延迟器(LCVR)电控双折射效应,将海水密度测量转换为对反射光偏振度的测量,进而转换为对反射光光强的测量。设计基于液晶调制技术的海水密度测量系统,该系统采用660nm激光器作为照射光源,入射角为50o(接近于海水布儒斯特角),利用液晶对海水反射光进行柔性调制,克服旋转偏振片机械振动大、精度低等不足,从而实时、准确的测量海水密度。
According to the density of sea-water and the polarization degree of quantitative relationship, liquid crystal variable phase retarders(LCVR) electronically controlled birefringence effect, change the measurement of sea-water density into reflected light polarization measurement then converted the measurement to light intensity. Design of sea-water density measurement system based on liquid crystal modulation technique, The system adopts the 660 nm laser as light source, the angle of incidence is 50 DHS(near seawater Brewster Angle),use liquid crystal modulation modulate the reflected light,overcome some disadvantage. Thus can measuring sea-water density as real-time and accurate.
