摘要
掘进机的截齿失效情况对掘进机的可靠运行有着重要影响。根据对截齿失效情况的多年统计,结合截齿的设计、制造、现场使用情况,分析了截齿的主要失效形式和失效原因,并提出了相应的解决措施以改善掘进机截齿失效情况,确保掘进机的使用性能和可靠性。
Pick failure in heading machine is closely linked to the reliable operation of the heading machine. According to years of statistics collection of pick failure, this paper analyzed the main forms of pick failure and the causes combined with the design,manufacturing and field use of pick and put forward the corresponding measures to improve the situation of pick failure of heading machine and ensure the performance and reliability of heading machine.
