摘要
在深化高等教育改革,加强创新创业教育的战略背景下,传统的人才培养模式已经满足不了当今社会发展的需要。为此,以金融工程专业为例,分析当前高校专业人才培养模式存在的问题,并针对这些问题提出:高校应融合创新创业教育,在制度保障、人才培养方案、教学方法、实践教学、校企合作以及师资力量、教材建设等方面进行改革和优化,促进大学生创新意识和创业能力的培养,推动高校教育教学改革。
In the background of deepening the reform of higher education and strengthening the education of innovation and en- trepreneurship, the traditional mode of talent training has been unable to meet the needs of today＇s social development. In regard to this situation, this paper takes the financial engineering major as an example, analyzes the problems of the talent training pattern in colleges and universities, and proposes a solution to these problems： Colleges and universities should integrate the innovation and en- trepreneurship education, reform and promote the optimization in system security, personnel training programs, teaching methods, prac- tice teaching, cooperation and teachers, teaching material construction and other aspects, so as to cultivate the college students＂ awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, and promote the teaching reform of college education.
