摘要 以农贸市场和超市的紫菜为样品,经过微波消解,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对紫菜中16种稀土元素进行同时测定。通过在线引入内标溶液,在0~2.00μg/L范围内检测信号(CPS)与稀土元素含量之间呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R2均大于0.999 9,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于3.3%。用来测定国家标准物质GBW10052(GSB-30)和GBW10045中的稀土元素,所得结果与标准值基本一致,从而建立了一种快速、准确测定紫菜中痕量稀土元素的方法。 A method was established for the determination of 16 rare earth elements in laver, which were sampled from the agricultural products market and supermarket. The elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) with microwave digestion. Through the introduction of online internal standard solution, the detection signal showed a good linear relation with the content of the rare earth elements in the concentration from 0 to 2. 00 μg/L. The correlation coefficient 172 was 〉0. 9999 and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 3.3%. The Analytical results of the rare earth elements in the national standard material of GBW10052 (GSB-30) and GBW10045 by this method were basically consistent with the standard values.
