摘要
目前我国中小外贸企业跨境电子商务交易额增长迅速,运营模式多样但地区分布不均衡。在跨境电商运营中存在缺乏自主品牌,产品同质化严重;人力成本高,平台运营人才紧缺;国际物流发展限制;平台费用高,企业利润低下等问题。提出转换思维,借势发展;创新发展,创立品牌;吸引人才,科学管理创新物流模式,合理选择物流渠道;科学选择跨境电商平台等对策建议。
At present, Chinese foreign trade SME cross - border e - commerce transactions increased rapidly. Its operating mode is diverse, but the regional distribution is uneven. There are a lotof problems in their operation, such as lacking of independent brands, homogenization serious product, high human cost, lacking of platform operators, international logistics development restrictions, high platform costs, low corporate profits and so On. Then offer the suggestions of transformating thinking, taking advantage of development, creating the brand, attractting talents, innovating management scientific logistics mode, rea- sonablely choicing logistics channel, scientifically selecting cross -border electronic business platform.
