摘要
新型农药氯虫苯甲酰胺以鱼尼丁受体为靶点,具有广谱、高效、低毒和安全的特点,成为农药研究的重要领域,如何设计一条绿色环保、收率高、适应工业化生产的路线也成为学者们广泛关注的问题。本文在工业化的角度,对近些年来氯虫苯甲酰胺的合成方法进行了综述,对不同合成路线进行了比较,以期寻找出一条低成本且可工业化的路线,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Chlorantranilate benzamide, the new insecticide, acts on the ryanodine receptor, has the characteristics ot broad spectrum, high efficiency, low toxicity and safety, which becomes an important field of pesticide research, and how to design a green, high yield, adapt to the industrial production line has also become a scholar of widespread concern. The recent research progress on the synthesis and activities of chlorantranilate benzamide was summarized. The synthetic routes and the activities of the compounds were compared in order to find out a low-cost and industrialized route, and the future research of this field was also prospected.
