摘要
目的探讨精细化护理在腹膜透析患者临床实践中的应用效果。方法成立腹膜透析精细化护理团队、建立腹膜透析治疗患者档案、制订腹膜透析患者培训方案和居家腹膜透析患者分级随访管理流程。结果实施精细化护理后,患者腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎及容量超负荷的发生率降低(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论对腹膜透析患者实施精细化护理,减少了腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎,降低容量超负荷发生率。
Objective To discuss the application effect of intensive care in the clinical practice of peritoneal dialysis patients.Methods Setup peritoneal dialysis care team,establish peritoneal dialysis patient records,development of training mode and plan for peritoneal dialysis patients,making classification follow-up management process of home peritoneal dialysis patient.Results After intensive care,the incidence of peritonitis and capacity overload were reduced （P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The intensive care of peritoneal dialysis patients can reduce the incidence of peritoneal dialysis peritonitis and capacity overload.
