摘要
铝合金焊接过程复杂,需要焊接技术人员具有丰富的经验和知识,掌握铝合金设计标准、规范的技术手册,并且需要填写铝合金焊接工艺文件。为节省人力,提出铝合金焊接工艺计算机辅助系统。该系统可以工艺设计周期,提升铝合金焊接工艺文件的设计质量,提高铝合金焊接工艺设计工作效率。
The welding process of aluminum alloy is complex. It needs welding technicians to have rich experience and knowledge, master the design standard of aluminum alloy, the technical manual of specification, and need to fill in the welding procedure document of aluminium alloy. In order to save manpower, a computer aided system for welding process of aluminum alloy is put forward. The system can process design cycle, improve the design quality of aluminum alloy welding process documents, and improve the efficiency of aluminum alloy welding process design.
