摘要
以方形铝壳磷酸铁锂(LiFePO_4)正极锂离子电池为对象,研究LiFePO_4动力电池组在使用过程中的过放电行为。通过单体及模组的过放电测试、扣式电池的循环伏安测试,还原动力电池组在实际使用过程中出现的失效状态,表明LiFePO_4在电压大于0的过放电会加速容量衰减。这种衰减导致串联模组在使用中产生容量差,容量较低的电池在模组正常的充放电区间内将过放至电压小于0,导致电池失效析铜。
Over-discharge behavior of power battery modules was investigated using prismatic aluminum shell lithium iron phosphate( LiFePO_4) cathode Li-ion battery. Failure state of power battery modules was reproduced by over-discharge test of single battery/battery modules and cyclic voltammetry of button cell. Capacity fading was accelerated by over-discharge when the voltage of battery over 0. This fading could be result in capacity unbalance among battery module during usage. The lower capacity battery would be discharge to the voltage under 0 at normal voltage range of battery module. It made the battery failure.
