摘要
以七水合氯化镧(LaCl_3·7H_2O)和脂肪酸丁酯(FAB)为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,合成FAB-La配合物。探讨了反应温度、物质的量的比、pH等反应条件对FAB-La配合物产率的影响,确定了最佳合成条件,并研究了所合成的FAB-La配合物对丁苯橡胶(SBR)的硫化促进作用,探讨了FAB-La配合物用量对橡胶材料加工及使用性能的影响。实验结果表明,FAB-La配合物最佳的合成条件为:合成温度为50℃,pH=7~8,LaCl_3·7H_2O与FAB物质的量的比为1/1.1。红外光谱分析结果表明,FAB与LaCl_3发生了一定的化学作用,添加FAB-La配合物可明显提高SBR混炼的硫化性能及硫化胶力学性能。
FAB-La complex is synthesized by using butyl ester of fatty acid( FAB) and seven hydrate lanthanum chloride( LaCl3·7H2O) as raw materials and ethanol solution as solvent.The effects of reaction temperature,molar ratio of FAB to LaCl3 and pH on the yield of FAB-La complex are studied and the optimum synthesis conditions are confirmed.The promotion of the prepared FAB-La complex on the vulcanization of styrene-butadiene rubber( SBR) is also detected.The influences of FAB-La adding amount on the processing and using performances of rubber materials are discussed.The experimental result shows that the optimal synthesis conditions for FAB-La complex are as follows: reaction temperature of 150℃,pH of 7-8 and n( LaCl3) ∶ n( FAB) = 1 ∶1. 1.The FTIR analysis shows that certain chemical reaction happens between FAB and LaCl3. It is also clear that the prepared FAB-La complex can significantly improve the vulcanization property and mechanical property of SBR.
