摘要
结合西安地区办公建筑的现状,分析该地区办公建筑在围护结构设计方面存在的问题,利用Designbuilder软件模拟研究建筑窗墙比、外窗、外墙以及屋面的热工性能对办公建筑能耗的影响。在充分考虑西安地区气候条件的基础上,提出适宜的节能设计策略。
Combined with the status quo of office buildings in Xi＇an, the analysis of the area of office buildings in the exterior envelope design problems, using Designbuilder software to study the influence of building window area ratio, external window, external wall and roof thermal performance on office building energy consumption. On the basis of fully considering the climatic conditions in Xi＇an, the paper puts forward the suitable energy saving design strategy.
