摘要
目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建在脊柱骨折诊断中的临床应用价值。方法对162例脊柱骨折的患者进行分析,所有患者均进行多层螺旋CT扫描,将所得数据传输到工作站予以MPR、MIP、SSD及VR三维重建,观察并分析各显示情况。结果多层螺旋CT三维重建清晰显示了脊柱骨折的部位、类型、脱位、稳定性及椎管情况。对内固定术后脊柱,能清晰显示内固定的立体形态及其与周围组织的关系。结论多层螺旋CT三维重建能清晰、全面、直观、立体、多方位观察脊柱骨折全貌及术后改变,为临床医生选择治疗方案,制定手术路径提供可靠依据。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of multislice spiral CT with 3D reconstruction in spine fractures. Methods 162 cases of patients with spinal fractures were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent multi - slice spiral CT scanning, the data will be transmitted to the MPR workstation, MIP, three - dimensional reconstruction of SSD and VR, to observe and analyze the display. Results The results of three - dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT can clearly show the spinal fracture site, type, dislocation, stability and spinal canal. The internal fixation of spine after internal fixation, can clearly display the three -dimensional shape and its relationship with the surrounding tissue. Conclusions Spiral CT three dimensional reconstruction can clear, comprehensive, intuitive, three - dimensional, multi - directional observation picture and after the change of spinal fracture, treatment options for clinicians to provide a reliable basis for making operation path.
