摘要 介绍电磁流量计的工作原理,给出电磁流量计特征系数的修正公式。以水为实验介质,基于静态质量法水流量标准装置,研究了介质温度对电磁流量计特征系数的影响。结果表明:当流体温度在16.7~30.0℃时,电磁流量计相对示值误差在±0.13%以内,介质温度的影响可以忽略;当流体温度在30~63℃时,介质温度的影响不能忽略。将修正后的特征系数应用于电磁流量计测量实验中,得到DN80mm和DN100mm电磁流量计的相对示值误差的最大值为0.03%,满足实验要求。 The working principle of electromagnetic flowmeter was introduced and formula correction for its characteristic coefficient was presented. Taking the water as experimental medium and basing on static mass method-supported water flow standard system,the water temperature influence on characteristic coefficient of the electromagnetic flowmeter was investigated to show that,when fluid temperature ranges from 16. 7℃ to 30. 0℃,the relative error displayed by the electromagnetic flowmeter stays within ± 0. 13% and the influence of medium temperature can be ignored; when the medium's temperature stays at 30. 0℃ to 63. 0℃,the influence of this temperature has to be considered. Applying the revised characteristic coefficient to the measurement experiment of the electromagnetic flowmeter shows that,the maximum value of relative indication error of the electromagnetic flowmeter( DN80 mm,DN1000mm) is 0. 03% which satisfying experimental requirement.
