摘要
隐形知识的有效传承是中国家族企业实现永续经营的关键。然而,已有研究过分强调家族企业隐形知识的代际一致性,却忽视了隐形知识代际差异与企业战略变革间的关系。该案例研究基于家族企业二代主体行为视角,在梳理家族企业代际传承中价值观一致性与价值观偏离的基础上,构建了家族企业价值观传承与战略变革模型。同时,进一步构建了家族企业价值观的代际传承框架。文章研究凸显了创始人对家族企业的深远影响,丰富了家族企业传承复杂性和动态性的讨论。
Intergenerational transfer of tacit knowledge is the key of the transfer of intergenerational succession of family business. Although prior research on tacit knowledge transfer emphasized its uniformity in the value -inheriting process. But these research ignored the relationship between deviation of tacit knowledge and strategic change in family firm. Drawing on the view of values, based on the perspective of second generation behavior, We, firstly, based on the exploring case analysis, documented the uniformity and deviation of values in the value - transfer process. Then, we constructed the framework for value transfer and strategic change in family firm. And further, we constructed the framework for family business value -transfer. This paper highlights the far -reaching influence that founder have made to the firm, complementing the study of family succession.
